If, after a year, you are not happy and provide us with proof (records of sessions before using Trune min. 6 consecutive sessions) that you received more feedback without Trune than when using our tool – you will get your money back.

After signing up, you will have 5 free sessions in which to try our tool. If you hold your Retros & Feedback Meetings every 2 weeks, this equals 2 months plus a training session.

You will have access to every Retro feature that Premium users have except the API.

Obvioulsy Trune is a collaboration tool for teams, but it does not require your team to sign up. Only the person holding the retrospective/feedback meetings needs a registered account.

Pricing is per team, so if you want your team to sign up, there is no additional cost.

We like our pricing to be transparent and without any bullshit. In general, the conditions above tell it like it is. There are, however, a couple of exceptions:

• You want to onboard a substantial number of teams.
• You are part of a non-profit organization.
• You are part of an educational institution.

Our cancellation process is super easy. If you are not happy, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel you will still have access to Trune until the end of your billing period. Please nwe do not offer refunds except in the case of the Money Back Guarantee. Please see „How does the Monex Back Guarantee work?“ above.

With monthly billing, you must pre-pay for the next month by credit card. With annual billing, you can always pay for the next year by credit card. 

With our enterprise plan you can pay quarterly, every six months, or yearly via credit card or wire transfer.
